Shipping policy

  • If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please email thelovelyjwshop@gmail.com with a picture within 30 days of your order’s shipment date and we will try to get you a replacement but it is not guaranteed 
  • If you want to change your delivery address, email us within 3 hours after placing your order. After 3 hours, your new address request cannot be guaranteed

  • Incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, and delivery restrictions may delay your order. Orders affected by such delays may take as long as 6 weeks to arrive.
